We didn’t start in skincare. We started in numbers. As two chartered accountants, balance sheets and audits were our world—until passion led us elsewhere.

For me (Medha), skincare became personal after years of trial-and-error left my skin barrier compromised. I learned the hard way that more products don’t mean better skin. The real shift came when I sought expert help. I found that my skin completely changed when I switched to expert-led care- fewer, well-balanced formulations that respected skin biology.

Every decision we made - formulation, stability, packaging - was driven by one goal: zero compromise on skin safety.
Building dot3b was anything but easy. We lost our brand name - twice. Spent months perfecting our formulation, creating sample after sample, improving stability, and testing it on friends, family, and finally, with dermatologists to ensure it delivered real results.
We refused to settle for the usual packaging. We wanted a brand color that didn’t exist in the market- we knocked on every packaging company’s door, went through countless samples, and made multiple factory visits just to get that one perfect shade.
