At dot3b, we believe that trusted, high quality skincare is the only thing that should matter in one’s skin health journey. So, our team goes the extra mile to ensure your purchase journey is a smooth and fulfilling one.
We understand that skincare is a very personal purchase and for this very reason, we will be happy to issue a full refund for any full-priced unopened/unused merchandise that is returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products and we are not liable for any damage post-delivery of the product.
We will initiate your refund when the product reaches our nearest warehouse and passes a quality check. We will inform you about the refund via WhatsApp and email.
We will refund you the amount within 8-10 working days from the date of passing of quality check at our end.
Return Policy
Our team at dot3b makes great effort to ideate, research and perfect each product before delivery. However, in case you do want to return the products, you can follow the below steps:
(1) Raise a return/ replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s) at info@dot3b.com.
(2) Give us 5 working days to review your return request and get back to you.
(3) After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
